Money-Back Guarantee Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for our Money-Back Guarantee, you must meet the following conditions:
- Active Enrollment and Commitment: Enroll in the course and fully commit to completing all study modules with focus and dedication.
- Full Participation: Attend all live sessions, actively engage in discussions, and complete all assignments and projects as per the course guidelines.
- Successful Completion of the Course: Complete all required modules, assignments, and evaluations. If the course includes practical work or projects, they must be submitted and completed as per the course requirements.
- Pass the Internal Evaluation: Successfully pass our internal evaluation at the end of the course, which may include assessments, exams, or project submissions.
- No Course Interruptions: Ensure that you do not suspend or drop out of the course midway. Any extended breaks or interruptions in learning without prior consultation will disqualify you from the Money-Back Guarantee.
- Proactive Career Engagement: Demonstrate that you have made a genuine effort to apply the course learnings to your career, including job applications, interviews, or networking, as applicable.
- Engage with Support Resources: Utilize Astroseekho’s support team, coaching sessions, and career services during the course duration if needed, to maximize your learning experience and career growth.
If all conditions are met and you still do not experience tangible career benefits, you may request a full refund.
Workshop and Batch Change Policy:
- If you are unable to attend a course, you may opt to:
- Join a Different Batch: Request a batch change at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course.
- If the new batch has a higher fee, you will need to pay the difference.
- If the new batch has a lower fee, a credit note for the difference will be issued. This credit note can be used for any other course offered by GOENKA KACHAVE LLP.
- Nominate Another Candidate: Transfer your enrollment to another individual at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course. The completion certificate will only be issued to the candidate who attends and completes the course.
- Join a Different Batch: Request a batch change at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course.
- If a candidate fails to attend the course and/or examination, they will be marked absent. No replacement lectures, examinations, or refunds will be provided.

- The Money-Back Guarantee applies only if all eligibility criteria are met.
- Requests for a batch change or candidate transfer must be submitted at least 48 hours before the course start date by contacting [email protected].
- Our policies are designed to ensure that you not only gain knowledge but also make measurable progress in your career.
We believe in your success and are here to support you in achieving tangible career growth through our programs.y the candidate has a higher fee, the candidate will have to pay the differential amount.
If the replacement batch chosen by the candidate has a lower fee, a credit note will be issued to the candidate for the differential amount. This credit note can be utilized as part / full payment of any other course offered by GOENKA KACHAVE LLP

The request for batch change or candidate name transfer should be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course, post which you will not be eligible for any changes in batch or candidate name.
If a candidate fails to attend the workshop/course and/or examination, he/she will be marked absent and no replacement lectures / examinations will be provided. The candidate is also not eligible for a refund.
